These Flight Booking Conditions are set out as Terms & Conditions of the agreements between you and Trip To World LTD which is trading as Traveling services providers in coordination with all the partners where we are acting as an agent. If we are not acting as a principal services/supplier’s providers or if we do not have a direct contact with you then your contract will be with a third party. This depends on the package or products you buy from us and whether this form a Package as defined in the package travel regulations 1992.

Purchasing of separate travel components at separate prices or at contrasting times from different suppliers where we are acting as agent only, the monetary amounts you pay to us will not be protected by ATOL license in case of ours or the supplier’s insolvency both. Any kind of liability for the defective services, injury, illness or death (God Forbid) caused by the suppliers’ negligence, its agents and/or subcontractors will not be a liability of Trip To World LTD  Ltd. and will need you to claim against the supplier of the said service.

These terms & conditions are applicable to the following booking conditions and for each booking package:

Tour Operators Package – By using this you will be entering into a direct contract with the Touring Operators according to their Terms & Conditions. Some of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays/packages on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday/packages and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. If you have booked a flight only where the ticket is not issued immediately, your flight will be protected under our ATOL. While booking with us please confirm the kind of protection that applies to that particular booking.

It is important to note that Trip To World LTD is not responsible for any increase in the Airfare, flight delays or cancellations, and no amount will be refunded if you do not show up on the booked flight for any reason.
